11:45am Dana + second shooter arrive at Lowndes Grove to photograph bride + groom's personal wedding details (gown, shoes, rings, invitation suite, jewelry, cufflinks, tie, etc) and girls getting ready
1:15pm Hair + makeup complete for bride + whoever will help her into her dress
1:30pm Second shooter meets the groom downstairs to photograph groom putting on finishing details
1:45pm Bride gets into her gown
2:15pm First Look, immediately followed by bride + groom portraits
3pm Wedding party photos
3:15pm Family formals
3:45pm Everyone tucked away; guests begin to arrive; Dana + second shooter to photograph ceremony details + reception space at this time
4:30pm Ceremony
5pm Cocktail hour to be covered by second shooter; Dana to photograph extended family + lit reception space details at this time
5:40pm Sunset photos (sunset 6:02pm)
6pm Reception begins
9pm Reception ends

As part of the process, I have put together a tentative photo timeline that is based on the wedding day experience you want to have. Once it's completed, please feel free to share this with your wedding planner so that they are able to incorporate our photo timeline into their master timeline.

If this proposal looks good and you're ready to book, please let me know. I will send over your contract, as well as an invoice for your retainer - which is 50% of your total investment. Once I receive the signed contract + retainer, you will be officially on the books!
